He's different - his face looks laid back and he has a smirk on his face as well. He's a bit snooty since his job is to take the Duke and Duchess of Boxford around but since he is the fastest engine, well, he has a right to be snooty! He's on the video "New Friends for Thomas" and instantly became a favorite! Sure am glad he's available and am wondering when Max is coming out! Highly recommend this one - he's really different and a great addition to our set. Highly Recommend! If your child enjoys acting out the stories from the Thomas video series, Spencer was brought to the island as the private engine of the visiting Duke and Duchess of Boxford, so his personality is a bit snooty.
